Does F&C offer jewelry repair?
Yes, we do repairs on pieces purchased from F&C. For your particular concerns, you may consult our personnel by getting in touch with us at 845 0146, or visiting us at 3/F Glorietta 4, Ayala Center, Makati.
What are your shipping options and delivery times?
For your greater convenience, F&C Jewelry has partnered with several transport providers to ensure the safe and secure delivery of your items. Orders ship Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. The estimated delivery is within 3-7 business days, depending on the provider and your location.

What is F&C’s return policy?
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return items that are unused and in original condition within 7 days of purchase. Kindly return the item with supporting documents such as store invoice and warranty. The return request will be subject for approval by F&C management.
Are F&C pieces pawnable?
Yes. F&C Jewelry takes great pride in its original designs which use real gold, diamonds, gems, and pearls.
